Death Benefits

Upon the death of any Xerox retiree who is covered by a Xerox-related life insurance policy, information can be obtained by calling 1-888-979-9961.  This procedure requires the deceased member’s Social Security  number.  After calling the above number, enter the Social Security number and when asked for pin number,  press * 0.  Then wait until a live person answers,  relate the information you require.

Note : Make sure all your designated beneficiaries know your Social Security number.  This information is necessary to get thru the telephone process.
